Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corporation is the latest real estate firm to join Pag-IBIG Fund’s network of partner developers for its Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH).
In a news release, Pag-IBIG Fund said under the memorandum of understanding (MOU), qualified members will have access to participating Robinsons Land homes, which may include ready-for-occupancy units, with preferential pricing and buyer incentives subject to specific terms and availability.
The MOU was signed by Robinsons Land president and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio and Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta last October 5, 2026.
Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund Board chairman Jose Ramon Aliling witnessed the signing.
Pag-IBIG Fund said its partnership with Robinsons Land came amid the National Shelter Month celebration.
For his part, Aliling said the growing participation of leading developers shows how the President’s housing directive is translating into more opportunities for Filipino families.
“President Marcos has directed us to do all that is necessary to bring homeownership within reach of more Filipino families under Expanded 4PH. We are seeing this direction bear fruit as more leading developers join our efforts, giving Filipino workers more homes to choose from and more opportunities to find one they can afford,” said Aliling.
“Robinsons Land’s participation builds on these gains and strengthens our resolve to sustain them. Together, government and our private-sector partners are turning our shared commitment into concrete opportunities for more Filipinos to own a home,” he added.
Robinsons Land’s Aragon-GoBio, meanwhile, said the partnership with Pag-IBIG brings together housing financing and RLC Residences’ portfolio of homes to help more Filipino families achieve homeownership.
“By bringing together Pag-IBIG’s housing financing solutions and RLC Residences’ diverse portfolio of homes, we hope to make homeownership more accessible to more Filipino families and bring them closer to finding a place they can truly call their own,” said Aragon-GoBio.
Acosta likewise said the growing number of developer partners advances Pag-IBIG Fund’s continuing efforts to match more affordable homes with financing within members’ means.
“We know how much owning a home means to our members and their families. That dream becomes more attainable when an affordable home price is matched by financing that keeps monthly payments within their means. Through our partnership with Robinsons Land, we are bringing together its preferential pricing and buyer incentives with our affordable Pag-IBIG Housing Loans,” said Acosta.
In June this year, Pag-IBIG Fund raised its maximum housing loan amount to P10 million to give middle-income earners more home choices, while calling on private developers to offer preferential pricing to help members afford homes in their developments.
Pag-IBIG Fund also continues to offer promotional housing loan rates of 4.5% per year for loans of up to P4.9 million and 5.75% for loans above P4.9 million up to P10 million.
Both rates are fixed for the first three years, with the promotional offer available until the end of 2026.
“Lower monthly payments help families sustain their housing loan repayments while leaving more room in their budget for other necessities, savings and plans for the future. We want our members to find a home that suits their family and their budget, with affordable home financing they can rely on from Pag-IBIG Fund,” said Acosta.
