Arthaland Century Pacific Tower 全世界首一First EDGE Zero Carbon Certified Building

本報訊：Arthaland在文尼法壽地球市的旗艦寫字樓（Office Building），即Arthaland Century Pacific Tower (ACPT）為全世界第一個建築物獲頒EDGE Zero Carbon certification零碳氣證明物，預料ACPT建築物將達百份之四十五的能源節省，百份之六十四之省水，以及百份之卅四的Embodied Energy in Materials。

該建築物是菲律濱惟一獲得三重證件的工程，而得到LEED Platinum評級BERDE 5-star Certification，加上EDGE Zero Carbon Certification零碳氣證件，凡此都是環保建築物評級規格最高的獎項。
